Wayne Ormond is one of Australia’s most dynamic and successful young entrepreneurs.

As the founder in 2004 of Refund Home Loans his innovative business concept was the most significant factor in transforming the way Australians organise their home loans.

Just six years later at the age of 37 Wayne has grown Refund to head a group of five companies providing integrated mortgage broking, real estate and financial services with 350 franchisees around Australia.

Wayne’s business and companies have been featured by the prestigious BRW business magazine in 11 of their flagship industry editions including BRW Fast Franchise, BRW Fast Starters and the BRW Young Rich List which features the top 100 wealthiest under 40; in 2009 Wayne was listed at number 73.

Wayne is an outstanding public speaker who is articulate and not afraid to stand up to represent the business he owns. He is also an exceedingly competent media performer, well recognised from his regular “advertorials” on The Morning Show and Kerri-Anne and his numerous appearances on both Today Tonight and A Current Affair.
